Every tablet is sealed for top freshness and is ready for creating an experience like none other. Should you find yourself feeling out of sorts, please review our refunds/returns policy and we will gladly work with you to create a better and more memorable experience.
Full refunds/returns can be submitted for approval within 30 days of the original purchase date as long as certain terms are met.
All requests for refunds must be sent to sales@mberry.us with the following information: full name, email address associated with the order, order date, order number (not to be confused with receipt number), quantities ordered, and which website you placed your order on. Please also include in full detail, your reasoning for requesting a refund.

Terms for Refunds/Returns
- The purchase must be made in the past 30 days.
- There are no refunds/returns on mberry Freeze-Dried Berries.
- Domestic orders outside the 30-day window may not receive a refund/replacement.
- International orders outside the 60-day window may not receive a refund/replacement.
- Refunds/Returns are not available for orders with 5 or more mberry tablet packs. Purchase must be made through the mberry website and not a third-party seller.
- Should a product have manufacture defects (missing tablets, damaged packaging), a replacement will be sent out in-place of a refund. The customer will provide and e-mail proof of damage to our customer service department first.
- Refunds will be issued after your package has been sent back to the warehouse at the cost of the customer.
- To qualify for a refund or reshipment, the product must remain unopened and be sent back to mberry’s US warehouse before a refund/reshipment will be made.
- An RMN (Return Merchandise Number) will be given to you by our customer service team to be added to your return label. This will allow us to track your refund/return.
Shipping Terms & Fees
- We ship out orders Monday–Thursday. Any orders placed between Friday–Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
- All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery will take 2-6 days from when your order is shipped.
- All international orders require an additional shipping fee, based upon weight of package and final destination. Orders are shipped via USPS International, and take 1-4 weeks depending on your location.
- Should you need an order sooner, please contact Mberry through our contact page or send us an email. All extra shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Customer will be charged for shipping fee(s) associated with a replacement pack due to incorrect shipping address submission.
